By accessing or using CureCancerMagic (the Service), operated by Intensity Magic, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CureCancerMagic is a cancer care coordination platform that helps patients, caregivers, and care team members organize contacts, communications, tasks, and documents related to a cancer care journey. The Service is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, share access credentials with unauthorized parties, attempt to access data belonging to cases you are not a member of, upload malicious files or content, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use the Service to store information about individuals without their knowledge or consent.

When you invite someone to a care team, you represent that you have a legitimate reason to share case information with that person and that they have consented to receiving the invitation.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We may use automated services to analyze communications you forward to the platform; this analysis is performed to provide features like action item extraction and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

CureCancerMagic is a coordination tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Automated summaries and action items are for organizational convenience and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical guidance.

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed communications, or decisions made based on information stored in the platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
